Long-term, we want people fixing their own scripts and taking our insights with them out into the wild. Short-term, sometimes a problem pops up and it's got to get fixed fast. Sometimes it’s just faster and easier if we fix it. We charge a lot because it’s difficult, energy-intensive, and candidly we’re often walking into tough situations late in the game. We do great work under pressure and solve problems at an advanced level.
